  1. You can give Student Finance a completed Pre-Authorized Payment Form and a void cheque. This form authorizes the Institute to withdraw funds from your bank account on the first of the month.

Forms can be requested to student finance:  [email protected]

You can request your receipt or statement of account by contacting student finance at [email protected]

Students enrolled in the April 2022 term are required to pay their contracted tuition. However, the Resource Fees and/or the Equipment and Studio Fee charges have been suspended for this term.

For those students taking the remote synchronous versions of the courses that begin on April 20th, the payments due dates have been rescheduled. The term payment will be due on April 20th. The monthly payment plan will be adjusted to April 20th, May 15th, and June 15th to allow students time to explore all available financial supports before payment is due.

Login to your OSAP and review your Message Centre to see updates on your file. You will find out if there are any errors or if the Ministry requires any additional information from you before they can process your loan. Your status will be updated throughout the assessment process.

If a student is withdrawn because they are ill, self-isolating, quarantined or caring for an immediate family member (including spouse, parent, or dependent) an Exceptional Circumstances Review and supporting documentation is required to ensure a student’s grants are not converted to loans and to prevent academic progress restrictions on the student’s account due to Covid19.

If you drop your program and it is not a related issue to Covid-19, your OSAP funding may be recalculated, or you may lose eligibility for further funding. You might also be placed on OSAP probation or restriction. Please contact Student Finance before you make any changes. Email: [email protected]

As per Ministry regulations, any tuition or fee refund will be returned to the National Student Loans Service Centre.
